Urine Pregnancy
Urinalysis
Type and Screen
CBC with diff

Transvaginal/Transabd Ultrasound
Abdominal/Pelvis CT with contrast

CABs
- IV fluids: Crystalloid/PRBCs if indicated
Rule out pregnancy
Rule out hemorrhage/ruptured cyst

GYN consult

Treat underlying condition

 Admit to OB/GYN if symptomatic anemia, continued severe bleeding or hemorrhage

Can be discharged to home if hemodynamically stable, not symptomatic and with GYN follow-up.
