Imaging: 
A CT Orbits w/o contrast
Orbit US contraindicated

Medications:
Tetanus prophylaxis
Broad-spectrum antibiotics
Analgesia
Zofran to prevent valsalva
Disposition:
Admit to ophthalmology
Operating Room for repair
