Sengstaken-Blakemore: no benefit

IV Fluids: Crystalloid
PPI Drip
Octreotide if varicies suspected
Antibiotics: if liver disease

Endoscopy
Surgery if still not controlled
Gastroenterology Consult

Observation & Discharge if stable

Admit to Medicine/ICU
Observation Endoscopy/Transfusion or
further rescucitation
